Frugal Consulting Ltd was established by Marina Terekhina FCCA who holds a Master’s degree with highest honors in Accounting, Audit and Financial Analysis and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK.

Marina Terekhina FCCA gained experience in the finance departments of leading hotels in Russia, such as Rocco Forte, Kempinski and Marriott. In 2006, she was invited to work as a Business Consultant in the United Kingdom for a real estate and hotel investment consultancy based in London. Soon after she joined, the company launched a real estate fund and Marina Terekhina was responsible for the internal accounting, asset management, and reporting functions. In 2008, she decided to start Frugal Consulting business in order to put her knowledge and international experience acquired over the last six years directly into practice for the benefit of her clients. In 2009, the business was transferred to Frugal Consulting Ltd. Our clients include small financial services institutions, high technology ventures, property investors, media and telecommunications, catering, hospitality services companies, fashion designers, art galleries, PR consultancies, commercial real estate agents, architectural firms and waste collection companies.
